Mushy Moisturising Mask – Dry Skin

This is a great mask to try if you have dry skin. The ingredients used will enrich your skin with natural moisturisers, giving you a natural glow.

Raid the kitchen for:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avacado
  • Plain natural yoghurt (choose a “bio live” one if possible)
  • Runny Honey

If you like, you can substitute the banana for two avocadoes, both have great moisturising properties. Make sure the bananas and avocadoes are soft enough to mash, slightly overripe is best.

Mixing your mask (This part couldn't be easier):

  • Mash your banana and avocado in a bowl with a fork
  • Add a generous teaspoon of honey and a couple of tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • Mix it up…
  • Smooth on to your face

Raid The Kitchen For:

  • One soft tomato
  • Porridge oats
