How do I fund my Littlewoods Bingo account?
Once you have registered to play online bingo with Littlewoods, simply log in and click on My Account. You will be given different funding options to choose from. Select the option that suits you best and the amount you wish to deposit. Your account will be updated with the new funds as soon as the transaction has been verified.
What is the minimum/maximum amount I can deposit to start playing bingo?
Each separate deposit must be at least £10 and no more than £1,000. You can make up to 10 deposits in any one 24 hour period.
Can I play online bingo using a credit card not in my own name?
You can only use a card that is registered to the same name and address you used to register with Littlewoods Bingo. This is in order to protect the security of all our players and to prevent any fraud.
When can I request a payout?
Simply click on the red cash withdrawal button at the right of the screen and enter your card details and the amount you wish to withdraw.
The minimum amount you can withdraw is £10, except in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account. You can only make one withdrawal per 24 hour period and any withdrawal request for an amount exceeding £600 may require proof of identity.
If you wish the withdrawal to go straight to a credit or debit card, it must be the same card that you registered with and with which you have deposited funds.

What is a Bingo Bonus?
Bingo bonuses are gifts that you can earn playing online bingo games here at Littlewoods Bingo. The gifts come in the form of free money into your online bingo account. What rules do I have to abide by?

How can I trust the games to be fair?
Online bingo games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to select the numbers called, so the results are always random and fair.
Our software provider, Parlay Entertainment, ensures that every single game is truly random. We would be in breach of our license if we were even able to change the RNG.
What happens if I lose connection during an online bingo game?
Don’t worry. If you lose your connection during a game of online bingo, the game will be played out automatically on the servers and your balance will be adjusted accordingly.
How do I play / purchase strips for bingo?

Is there always a winner?
Yes. Online bingo games always have a winner. Their names will be posted on the winner’s board in Littlewoods Bingo Community along with the prize won.
What happens if there is more than one bingo winner?
If there is more than one winner, the bingo cash prize will be divided equally between all the winners. If one player gets Bingo on two cards they will receive two times the value of the divided share of the prize.
What games, apart from bingo, do you offer?
There are many different games to play at Littlewoods online bingo. You can choose from a number of games in addition to bingo, including video poker games, slot machines and Keno.
Video Poker is a combination of poker and slot machines and the aim is to have a better hand than the “house” or system. When you start the game you will be offered 5 cards. You must decide which cards to keep and then click on Deal. If your hand is better than the house’s then you win that game.
With slots the aim is to line up three or more of the highest value symbols in a reel. The game is similar to the popular Las Vegas slot machines. A winning combination will win you the pot, the amount of which is dependant upon how much money you wagered.
Keno is one if the oldest lottery games and predates bingo. Keno is easy to follow and popular at Littlewoods Bingo. You must simply pick 2-10 lucky numbers on your Keno cards and aim to match as many as possible with those dropped by the ball blower.

How do I chat to other Players?

What is a Chat Master?
A chat master is the person responsible for a chat room who makes sure everything runs smoothly. The chat master (also called chat monitor or chat moderator) will usually type in capitals and/or bright, bold font to differentiate themselves from other players.
